Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 2) includes all the features of Exchange Online (Plan 1), plus 1.5 TB of storage, hosted voicemail, and data loss prevention. 

Exchange Online (Plan 2) enables businesses to run In-Place eDiscovery across Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams data from a single interface through the eDiscovery Center. Using the Tooltip Icon with mobile device policies, administrators can create approved mobile device lists, enforce PIN lock, and remove confidential company data from lost phones.

Subscription billing terms

Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) products allow you to choose among the following options for subscription terms:

• Monthly terms, available at a 20% premium over MSRP.

• Annual, paid monthly

• Annual, paid upfront

Both Annual options require an annual commitment, with no reduction in license quantities allowed over the length of the term. After purchase, you have 168 hours (7 days) to make license reductions before being locked into the commitment term.

New Cancellation Policy

A new 168 hour (7 days) cancellation policy is now in effect for new subscriptions of Microsoft NCE SKUs. A full refund will be issued if cancelled on day one, while partial, pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations on days two through seven.
